The BCWD has prepared a watershed management plan or “Overall Plan” to outline their goals and objectives and to define resource management programs. Adobe Acrobat Reader is needed to download and read these files. It is a large file (262 pages), so may take a moment to load.

This new plan is valid from May 7, 2014, to 2023.
Please note: On July 28th, 2015, at the Watershed’s Meeting Room, a Special Hearing was held to adopt a revised version of the Overall Plan.
